Fiona has recently come on board to develop Certus Marketing after an increasing amount of Certus clients were approaching Certus to work on their marketing vacancies. Fiona’s addition to the team has caused Certus Marketing to grow rapidly and we look forward to her achievements in the future. Outside of the office Fiona is an avid music fan, travelling nationally and internationally to see various artists. She plays for her local netball team, is a qualified Scuba Divemaster and goes skiing twice a year.

Certus Marketing are looking to further develop their specialist marketing division to maximise opportunity across our current client base. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

As a Marketing Consultant, you will have full access to our existing database of clients and also take control of a number of current marketing roles within our business. You will be given full support in terms of online marketing and advertising spend and be influential in the development of the Marketing Division. This role is based in our Baker Street office.

Applications are sought from consultants with a genuine desire to build a business and create their own career path in the process. You will be an experienced Marketing Recruitment Consultant with a proven record of billing and the ability to liaise with national clients at every level.

Certus is currently offering a generous base, commensurate with experience, of circa 20-35k with a first year uncapped OTE of 38,750 – 65,750k plus additional benefits and incentives.

Having joined Certus in early 2010, Simon quickly identified the need for a specialised marketing recruitment business as more and more Certus clients were approaching Certus to work on their marketing vacancies. After gaining Board approval, he established Certus Marketing in November 2010 and the business has grown rapidly since then. Outside the office Simon is a passionate sailor, having recently won the UK Medway racing series and has regularly competed in European and Global racing events. Simon is an avid supporter of and regular participant in events held on behalf of the Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust.
